Ron van Riet
Head of Football
Ron is a passionate and dedicated Club leader having played and coached in The Netherlands and was exposed to the famous Dutch football development programs. He and his family arrived in Australia in 2005 and joined Sandringham Soccer Club in 2013. Both of his boys have played with Sandy with his eldest son now working in Ghana for the Right to Dream Academy, coaching the best football talent in Western Africa.

Michael Dover
Technical Director
Michael played football for many years in the UK and currently works as a coach with Melbourne City. He has worked tirelessly for our club over the past few years as well as leading small group coaching for children. He is also fully qualified as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Vasilios ‘Billy’ Natsioulas
Senior Men’s Coach
Billy played in the old National Soccer League with Melbourne Knights. Once the league made way for the A-League, Billy played in the Victorian Premier League for South Melbourne and Bentleigh Greens, winning a championship with South Melbourne.
Throughout his playing career, Billy also completed his coaching licenses and currently holds an AFC A License. Having coached in the Victorian State Leagues for several years, he was also FC Bulleen Lions Senior Men’s Assistant Coach in 2021 before taking the reigns at Sandringham Soccer Club.

Andrew Orlando
Senior Men’s Assistant Coach
Andrew is a passionate and experienced C license accredited football coach who strives to guide players to achieve both personal and team achievements. As a player Andrew came through the Clayton Inter and Box Hill Inter youth systems before joining the senior ranks at Bulleen Lions. Andrew represented Victoria at a junior level and deputised for Michael Theo at Bulleen in the Victorian Premier League. Andrew’s coaching career began in 2018 as a Senior goalkeeper coach/match day assistant for Doncaster Rovers in Victorian State League 2 before joining Bentleigh Cobras in 2020 as the club goalkeeper coach looking after goalkeepers aging from 8 to 30 years of age. In 2022 Andrew joined Sandringham as the Senior Assistant Coach.
